An open approach...
Not only are we open for business, but we also pride ourselves on an open approach to business. We try to guide our customers into choosing the right belt and then, the correct size. If they get it wrong, then provided it hasn't been worn and is in a saleable condition, then we will happily exchange it, so long as we have an alternative. If not, we will refund the customer.
We don't hide our terms and conditions, returns policy or our process for orders and deliveries, they are published (see right) so that our custoemrs can decide if they want to deal with us before they place their order. There is nothing new about our philosophy, but it offers our customers some comfort and reassurance. The best business we can get is referrals and repeat customers, our aim is to deliver a service and a product, that encourages this custom. And, if we get it wrong, we want you to tell us, because without feedback, we will carry on aimlessly believing that we are achieving all our goals!
